Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Female Educational Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to our learners, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their educational aspirations and challenges.
• Develop personalized learning plans and recommend courses that align with students' interests and career objectives.
• Provide emotional support and academic advice to students, fostering a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Collaborate with educators and other staff to monitor student progress and address any concerns or barriers to success.
• Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, stress management, and other relevant topics.
• Assist with the admissions process, including explaining program offerings and admission requirements to prospective students.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, progress, and feedback.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in education and career development to provide up-to-date guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as an educational counselor or in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathetic and patient, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for counseling and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
